We design with intention and write in a straight-talking tone, avoiding unnecessary decoration, buzzwords, and nebulous language and imagery that can be left open to interpretation.

We use real world observation to juxtapose Handshake with competitors and challenge current recruiting / hiring conventions. Make readers feel like they’re not alone and that change is possible for them too.

Concise

While we don’t want to sacrifice visual and verbal storytelling for the sake of brevity, the reader should get a full picture without having to wade through volumes of content. Keep it meaningful, and reinforce the notions of action, speed, and career advancement.
